The Miami Downtown Development Authority, a sponsor of DawnTown, just released its latest occupancy study, showing that occupancy of buildings constructed in downtown since 2003 has increased in the last year from 66% to 74%. Download the report here. Occupants are split fairly evenly between renters and owners, and owners are buying the new units at rate of 150 per month, on average.
